UPDATE: Chris foregoes new tattoo for Radio Promo
After 9 months of taking requests for "brown eyed girl" and singing happy birthday to the 95 year old slurping lentil soup at table 11, the band will no longer be accepting calls for lounge gigs. We've had the itch for sometime, and began systematically removing venues one night at a time last winter. It hasn't been easy, but after a few no shows, putting cigarettes out on the floor, heaving glassware into the crowd and verbally abusing clientele over the mic, we have managed to burn nearly every bridge to nowhere. There are still a few who call looking for "that band that sings 'dick in a box'", but no more! Tis but a ghost! We have hung up the jersey and committed ourselves to a monastic lifestyle in order to both afford promo and stay in the proper headspace to write our next album. We still have a few things to keep us afloat, but when the unemployment dries up, and the last of Charlie's prized Beanie Baby collection has sold, it will be up to our creative savvy to find our next meal. Don't worry, we will still be the angry people that you know and love, just happier inside.
